Dining Room

The dining room is the definition of warmth from the double sided fireplace to the rich timber features and colours. It is a lovely intimate dining experience. The dining room will focus on serving great food day and night.

The lunch menu will cater for short work lunch breaks or those occasions when you have made the time to linger over a long lunch. The lunch menu will provide a range of dishes from the health conscious salads through to the indulgent main courses when time should be taken to relax and savour every mouthful.

The dinner menu will bring to life a new range of dishes with inspiration coming all over the world. With our kitchen team having experience from all parts of the globe we have been able to develop what we hope will become some signature dishes throughout the Geelong region.

There will be something to suit all tastes with the focus being on using the freshest produce in season all year round.

The wine list is extensive. Each wine has been carefully selected to suit every palate. The wine list will feature classic Australian wines along with imported selections from the best vineyards in the world.

Diggers’ prides itself on delivering an exceptional level of service at all times. Staff are friendly, enthusiastic, professional and above all, passionate. Striving for the highest level in both customer service and cuisine superiority is a goal we are proud to aspire to.

The dining room is open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday and for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.

The dining room seats 65 people and is available for private bookings.
